Burger Box in Bedford

My wife and I are pleasantly surprised at this very affordable eating establishment. The restaurant is very clean as are the restrooms. The employees make your food quickly and bring it to your table. The quality of food is good and the fries are great! I had the bacon burger and wish the bacon had more flavor. All in all this is a great eating experience. We love it!

The hamburgers are great in my opinion they could put a lot more onoins. Also a higher quality bun would be a benefit

This place is usually pretty quick, and the food is good. But a little annoying when you ask for ketchup and instead there's 3 packets of mustard. If you're not going to listen to your customers, at least put one of each in there.

Wrong order. They gave my order to someone else, then me and my boyfriend waited extra time for them to only remake my boyfriend's burger and they gave me someone's else burger order (i.e. a mustard down, extra pickles cold burger combo). All in all, was not worth the 16$ I paid for both meals but it's not worth the hassle ot going back just for them to get it all wrong again.They tried to give me a free drink to make up for it but when my boyfriend said sundae they just brought back a cup of vanilla icecream. -_-'xUsually burger box has their stuff together but today was not one of those days...

Subpar food at a really high price. Not even half way decent condiments. The only plus side is the hard works. But that doesn't make up for food not even worth half the price.

Yesterday was the first time we went to this magnificent restaurant. But It is surely not the last time. We had a good time with the excellent service, with the magnificent food and wine and with the honest pay. We will definitely come back soon.

Horrible service, and long wait time, only to get my order completely wrong. I was too disgusted to eat anyway when the guy at drive through was wearing filthy gloves while dealing with money and food. Completely unacceptable during this pandemic

The Supreme Nachos are gooooood. This one location always has great customer service.

Nice clean environment. The only issue is that the parking is so tight for those who need to wait while food is being prepared. If you drive a truck it's hard to get in and out of the wait area. Overall the food is fresh and delicious

Had the Big Tex Burger combo. Burger tasted great, and the fries were fantasic!!!

This place always been super consistent. Love their burgers their fries aren't bad but they're frozen. Wish they would try making fresh fries.

I’m sorry but I can’t get behind a 4.86$ burger that looks like the one I had. If you’re going to call it a BIG Texas Cheeseburger please take some pride in that and produce a better product. The patty was thin and came with a sliver of cheese. The ingredients were okay but IMO still lacking. The flavor was okay but nothing impressive. The bun was bigger than the burger and felt like it was right out of the package (no butter or toasting). There are better 5$ burgers to be had. It’s a shame because I go out of my way to support local and family run establishments. I will not be back to this Burger Box. I gave 2 stars because the gentleman at the window was polite and professional.

Always good and fresh. They used to have live Elvis shows b4 the vids took hold. Real blue bell shakes too!

Tried the Philly Cheese steak and it was good. Also loved the fact that they have multiple flavored shakes made with Bluebell ice cream. Yummy!!

Elvis (Carlton Hurdle) night. Celebrating my wife's birthday. Always a good time. Food is classic fast food, appropriate for a" burger box". Inexpensive and tasty for those of us who enjoy burgers and fries.

Customer Service was awesome from Emily at the register! Very friendly and a great brand representative. Our shakes were super tasty, and burger and fries were pretty awesome, too! I've driven past this place literally 100 times, and I'm glad I finally came in to try it!

Went for lunch and ordered the shrimp plate and they were waaay overcooked, the toast was cold and they forgot my girlfriends shake. Don't waste your money here. Terrible

The burgers are really tasty and th vanilla malt is the best. I am a little upset the menu didn't tell me BBQ sauce comes on the Big Tex, but it's soooo good I'm not mad.

Fantastic environment and super affable service. The food was fresh and enchanting. Will surely recommend this place to anyone. Reasonable prices and large portions. Keep it up.

Was decent. First time ever to a Burger Box. The fries were good, the burgers were decent, the chicken sandwich was a little light on the chicken. For a counter serve, fast-casual, not a bad choice. I appreciate the cleanliness of the location, and that is extended to the exterior as well. The overall look of the restaurant is a tad confusing, with 50'/60's retro vibe mixed with posh contemporary and big screen televisions.

We had never eaten Burger Box until this location opened and we really like it. The food is great, reasonably priced, and they have never gotten an order wrong. That is honestly saying a lot because we have a family of eight. The employees are polite and the service is excellent. We will definitely continue to patronize this burger joint.

Everytime I'm in the area it's a must have fresh burgers and fries and the customer service is excellent if I could I would give this place 10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
